หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

1. Responsible for conducting agent recruitment and management.
2. Responsible for conducting effective training and guidance for agents recruited, as well as the KPI of agent development.
3. Responsible for planning and implementing BIGO's local reputation and brand exposure strategy in Thailand.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

1. Base in Bangkok, fluent in English, Chinese is preferred
2. At least 1-2 years experiences in live streaming platform is preferred
3. Marketing-related or business development experience are preferred;
4. Proficiency in MS Office, good at data analysis;
5. Good team player, quick thinking, serious and responsible;
6. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi task
7. A great fit in Start-Up Culture
